Our Story
This cottage was very outdated and has been re-built it from the ground up, keeping the same footprint as before. Everything has been replaced and renovated, to provide you with a comfortable space with modern amenities.
4 Bedrooms. Queen Beds in 2 bedrooms, double bed in one and 3/4 bed in the last one. 2 Full bathrooms. Kitchen with Island, Dining Area, Living Area with TV. Water is gorgeous with fantastic swimming and you can jump off the dock all day long!
Freshly sided, brand new massive back deck with gate to keep the kiddo's safe. New retaining wall and brand new well with excellent water!

About The Lake
Troy Lake is only 45 minutes from Kingston, 1.5 hours from Ottawa and 3 hours from Toronto! Enjoy boating, swimming, canoeing, sailing, fishing, water skiing and more! The lake has a wooded lakefront and expanse of natural habitat.
Less than 15 minutes from the town of Elgin, where you can get your grocery essentials, go bowling, grab a bite to eat or check out the flea market!
The lake is located only five miles from the Jones Falls Locks, which is a part of the Rideau Canal Waterway. Limited cottage construction has taken place mostly along the west shore, so every cottager has a view of unbroken water and woods beyond.
